Prior to working for PC(USA), Katie worked with a nonprofit organization that helped local groups create watershed plans to restore and protect waterways in Kentucky.

Webinar on Earth Care Congregations and Energy Star

EarthCareSeal PC(USA) Congregations that are interested in working on earth care are invited to participate in a webinar from PC(USA) Environmental Ministries and ENERGY STAR for Congregations called “Earth Care Congregations and How ENERGY STAR Can Help” on Wednesday, October 6 from 3:00-4:00pm Eastern. 

Earth Care Congregations  is a new program that encourages churches to care forES_Logo God’s earth and honors churches that have committed to this important mission.  The webinar will explain how churches can become an Earth Care Congregation and how ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager can be used to help churches become more energy efficient.  Sign up for the webinar.

Terry, thanks for your interest in the webinar. The webinar will be posted afterwards so that people who are unable to attend the live webinar will be able to view it later. I will post a link to it on the Eco-Journey blog.

I am sorry that it has taken me some time to respond - I was out of the office last week.
