At yesterday's meeting of the Committee on the Office of the General Assembly, my colleague, the Rev. Marcia Clark Myers, director of the PC(USA) Office of Vocation, provided an outstanding overview of the challenges and realities of leadership development in the PC(USA) of today and tomorrow.
