The 218th General Assembly (2008) of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) adopted an overture calling Presbyterians to work with legislators “to ensure that all persons buying guns at gun shows undergo a background check

Which would be one reason (among many liberal, non-biblical positions) that I'm no longer a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Please point out the portion of US Code that creates this supposed "gun show loophole"?

Which part of the law singes out gun shows and makes sales there different than sales anywhere else?

I'll save you the trouble. There isn't any. There IS no gun show loophole. Sales at gun shows are treated exactly the same way as sales anywhere else.

The key isn't whether the sale is at a gun show or not, but whether the sale is conducted by a private citizen or not. If the sale is conducted as a part of a business, the federal government regulates that sale. If the sale is simply a private citizen disposing of his personally owned property, the government, correctly, stays out of it.

The Presbyterian Church USA is no longer a Christian organization. It is a Government worshiping organization who no longer places it's trust in God and the natural freedoms that He has granted us by birthright as Human Beings, but in the power of the State to coddle and care for us from cradle to grave.

That's not the Christianity I grew up believing in.
