The Presbyterian Ministry at the United Nations also represents the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC) at the UN. This relationship began under one of the WCRC's predecessors - the World Alliance of Reformed Churches.
The Executive Committee of the WCRC has been meeting in Geneva since May 5. Today was the day to present the report of the work at the United Nations. It was well received - all the response cards were orange (that's the color for "I agree" in the consensus model that is being used).
Over the next few days, we will explore together how to deepen and expand this partnership. Tomorrow starts with worship at the Church of Scotland in Geneva. We are staying in the John Knox International Center so that seems fitting.
More to follow.
