I am a Friend of Coal, but I do not approve of "mountain top removal" as a method of extraction. There must be a better way. We need coal, and I am thankful we have it. However, we must protect the God-given eco-system, which we enjoy in our beautiful Mountain State of West Virginia! Our eco-system and its many blessings of clean water, wildlife, creatures and beauty are the reason I call this land my home. I am an Appalachian, born and raised. I returned here, after my career to live and die amongst these loving hills. God protect them, is my prayer.
