Petition the Philippine Supreme Court, the cases have been filed with the local courts. Even if you write or e-mail all of the government officials the matter is for the judiciary to decide. If they are innocent, petition the Supreme Court. Its a waste of time writing or petitioning every Tom, Dick or Juan unless the three are Supreme Court justices
